At Famx Online, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our exchange and refund guidelines below.
Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With tags intact
- Free from damage, stains, or odor
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in case of:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Incorrect size sent by our team
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order along with clear product images.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Worn socks
- Washed products
- Opened multi-pack items
- Clearance / sale items
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
- Customers may bear exchange shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
